Shearing Day at Odelia Farms

Odelia Farms, located in Troy, Illinois invites you to Shearing Day at the Barn to see how our alpacas shed their winter coats. We will have our Shearing Day event on May 17th from 9-4 pm. We are always looking for volunteers who may want to learn more about the animals or their fiber. Help us as we shear, sort and grade our fiber for preparation for the mill. If you are interested in purchasing alpacas, we will also have a pen sale with great discounts on our winning suris. Visitors are welcome! Bring your camera, family and enjoy a day in the country!
